Ammunition Statement

I am enclosing a photocopy of my drivers License showing I am 21 years of age or older. I further state I am under no legal restrictions that prohibit me from ordering, owning, possessing, or transferring handgun or rifle ammunition under applicable Federal, State, or Local law.

Individual Local and State laws are to numerous to list; however the following sales restrictions will apply.

• California: No sales of ammunition to the city of Los Angeles, all of Orange County, or San Francisco. Check other local and State laws before ordering.

• Illinois: Residents must include a copy of their FOID card with a Drivers license or State ID, and the ammunition may be shipped only to an address on either of these documents.

• Massachusetts: Ammunition sales only to 01 FFL Holders with resale certificate.

• New Jersey: Ammunition sales only to 01 FFL Holders with resale certificate. Check other local and State laws before ordering.

• New York: No ammunition sales to New York City. Check other local and State laws before ordering.

• Washington DC: No sales of any kind.
